In May 2017, the Association for Co-operative Education BC/Yukon (ACE), the Canadian Association of Career Educators & Employers (CACEE), and the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education (CAFCE) will host a collaborative conference in Vancouver, British Columbia. This type of partnership continues to build upon the working relations between the two national associations and the provincial association in British Columbia.
Each association has a rich history of sharing resources and concepts between co-operative education and career services practitioners and employers, which assists us in providing enhanced services and experiential learning opportunities for our students. We are confident this joint conference will bring forth increased networking opportunities, delivery of robust programs and an opportunity to provide an even better education experience for our students.
We aspire to be “Better Together“ and look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver!
CEDEC’s Stacey Dakin and Michele Thibeau will present the partnership development and strategic planning approach used to develop CEDEC’s Workforce Development Strategy and associated Get Connected activities.
