Get Connected with CEDEC

CEDEC has partnered with the National Career Event and La Passerelle – Employment and Career Transition Center to hold a Get Connected employer panel on the theme of diversity engagement: Workplace diversity: objective or outcome?

This discussion is aimed at employers, SMEs, cooperatives and not-for-profits. Admission is FREE.

Workplace diversity: objective or outcome?

To achieve workplace diversity, should we aim for a specific objective or count on hiring the right candidate with the right skills to get there? What role does an inclusive workplace play in this process? Come hear employers who make diversity engagement a business priority!

Sandra Hector from One Drop and Leslie Acs from La Passerelle – Career and Employment Transition Center speak about their experience and their best practices. Carole Bitoun and Romain Rotagnon from Red Rabbit Project 2017 will share their Quebec work experience and why they decided to stay in Montreal.  Prepare your questions for them during this panel discussion.

Attend for a chance to win a ticket for a “Premières Impressions!” workshop with Red Rabbit Project 2017.
