It includes guidance and case studies from CEDEC offices that have worked with communities experiencing serious economic issues. |

The Capacity Exists Toolkit was created to assist concerned individuals, volunteers and/or group leaders in learning the basic strategies to initiate a discussion around the skills, assets, resources and opportunities embedded in their community. Ultimately, the goal is to engage people in a process that can help them realize the capacity within themselves and their community. |
