Megan decided to build upon her close to two decades of international business, legal and enterprise risk management experience in the technology sector, by co-founding the non-profit Kigi Agency, a personnel placement agency for people 55 years and older.
In addition to her business and law background, Megan is a certified Canadian Risk Manager and teaches enterprise risk management to other non-profit organizations and start-up technology businesses in Montreal. She has also taught software engineers, directors and C-suite executives, about intellectual property protection, data privacy, risk management and good governance practices in both the for-profit and non-profit environments.
Megan is currently the president of the board of the Pillars Trust Fund Inc, a general partner of a venture capital management business, and a consultant to technology start-up businesses in Quebec and British Columbia.
