d\u2019inscription et de navigation, facilitant ainsi pour (a) les employeurs, la promotion des postes et l\u2019examen des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences des candidats et (b) les chercheurs d\u2019emploi, leur permettre de mieux naviguer le site Web et postuler.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Embaucher une coordonnatrice ou un coordonnateur des communications<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le recrutement d\u2019employeurs et de talents et l\u2019engagement de candidats tout en travaillant pour r\u00e9duire les obstacles aux jumelages r\u00e9ussis tout en intensifiant l\u2019approche de service personnalis\u00e9 d&rsquo;<em>EmploiCNA<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er de nouveaux produits de commercialisation<\/strong> pour promouvoir les avantages de s\u2019inscrire par l\u2019entremise du site Web et la valeur de la collaboration PPSC pour trouver des fa\u00e7ons innovatrices pour jumeler les talents noirs et les emplois disponibles de Montr\u00e9al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nLes r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9sir\u00e9s de cette collaboration entre les partenaires\u00a0des secteurs public et priv\u00e9 et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile d\u2019EmploiCNA (soit le Black Community Resource Centre (BCRC), la Commission scolaire English Montr\u00e9al, Una Buro et Sobeys) consistent \u00e0 offrir de l\u2019accompagnement et du jumelage en
