l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique communautaire (CEDEC)<\/b> a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de cl\u00f4ture du <b>Forum de d\u00e9veloppement local, \u00e9dition\u00a02024<\/b>, de l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique (OCDE)<\/p><p>Des participants de partout dans le monde ont cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 le forum, tenu dans les villes avoisinantes de Malm\u00f6 en Su\u00e8de et de Copenhagen au Danemark sous le th\u00e8me de \u00ab\u00a0Construire des ponts, fa\u00e7onner demain\u00a0\u00bb, en discutant de la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019adopter un rythme acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de changement pour les communaut\u00e9s, les entreprises et les carri\u00e8res en transition.\u00a0<\/p><p>Au cours de la s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de cl\u00f4ture qui portait sur (a) ce que des d\u00e9veloppeurs avaient appris lors de transitions \u00e9conomiques ant\u00e9rieures (b) l\u2019importance du leadership local lors de transitions (c) l\u2019utilisation r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) et (d) des partenariats publics et priv\u00e9s, John Buck a comment\u00e9 sur l\u2019approche de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique collaboratif unique de la CEDEC, mettant l\u2019accent sur l\u2019importance de d\u00e9cloisonner les secteurs public et priv\u00e9 et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de tirer parti de leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et leurs ressources collectives pour produire des <b>avantages \u00e9conomiques tangibles pour les collectivit\u00e9s et les travailleurs<\/b> dans des moments difficiles.<\/p><p>Le discours principal de la s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de cl\u00f4ture a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9 par <b>Morten Dahlin<\/b>, le ministre des Villes et des districts ruraux, le ministre des Affaires eccl\u00e9siastiques et le ministre de la Coop\u00e9ration nordique du Danemark.
