pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re contribution lors des Consultations pancanadiennes sur les langues officielles\u00a02026 du gouvernement du Canada tenues \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au centre de notre proposition se trouve la conviction que <strong>la vitalit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme des communaut\u00e9s de langue officielle en situation minoritaire et des langues qui les d\u00e9finissent d\u00e9pend fondamentalement de leur vitalit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par cons\u00e9quent, la CEDEC propose que le nouveau Plan d\u2019action pour les langues officielles (PALO) 2028\u20132033 int\u00e8gre un <strong>pilier<\/strong> fondamental consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>la vitalit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 commune<\/strong> et appuy\u00e9 par des politiques f\u00e9d\u00e9rales coh\u00e9rentes, des investissements coordonn\u00e9s et soutenus, une mise en \u0153uvre men\u00e9e par les collectivit\u00e9s et une responsabilit\u00e9 significative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9conomiques et linguistiques.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous vous invitons \u00e0 lire la pr\u00e9sentation de la CEDEC qui \u00e9tablit la justification strat\u00e9gique de ce pilier propos\u00e9 et \u00e9nonce trois objectifs distincts qui se renforcent mutuellement\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Une prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique soutenue,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Une \u00e9galit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique r\u00e9elle et <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Une vitalit\u00e9 linguistique<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensemble, ces objectifs reconnaissent que la cr\u00e9ation de possibilit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d\u00e9montrables et l\u2019\u00e9largissement des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019utilisation significative des langues officielles minoritaires dans la vie \u00e9conomique sont des conditions compl\u00e9mentaires, mais ind\u00e9pendantes et n\u00e9cessaires, pour une vitalit\u00e9 communautaire durable.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour faire progresser ces objectifs, la pr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9crit<\/p><ul><li>une architecture pr\u00e9liminaire de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique englobant\u00a0des partenariats de collaboration et une capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique dirig\u00e9e par les collectivit\u00e9s\u2009;<\/li><li>un laboratoire de vitalit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et un d\u00e9veloppement de coentreprises<\/li><li>un renforcement du perfectionnement de la main-d\u2019oeuvre et de la participation au march\u00e9 du travail ;<\/li><li>des mesures cibl\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire les disparit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques ; et<\/li><li>un cadre sectoriel commun pour mesurer les r\u00e9sultats, \u00e9clairer les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et appuyer l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces composantes propos\u00e9es sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme un cadre initial pour un examen plus approfondi et un d\u00e9veloppement collaboratif, plut\u00f4t que comme des mesures de programme finalis\u00e9es. La CEDEC a l\u2019intention de parfaire cette architecture gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des recherches continues, \u00e0 la participation des parties prenantes, \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience pratique de la mise en \u0153uvre, \u00e0 un dialogue avec les minist\u00e8res et organismes f\u00e9d\u00e9raux pertinents et une pr\u00e9sentation de politiques plus \u00e9labor\u00e9e et chiffr\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue pour
